Board of Directors
Your home is a part of a community association that is registered with the State of California as a Non-Profit Mutual Benefit Corporation. The Association is managed by a Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors is the governing body, elected by the association members, to oversee the business affairs of the Association. The Board establishes the rules and regulations, approves the annual budget, oversees the maintenance of the common areas, enforces the governing documents (CC&R’s, Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation) and is the decision making body for all association business.
The Board Meetings
Finisterra Condominium Association, Inc. Board of Directors meets the second Thursday of every month at 6 PM at the office of Accell Property Management, Inc., 23046 Avenida de la Carlota Suite 700, Laguna Hills, CA. Please look on your billing statement or call Accell Property Management for the next meeting date, time, and location at (949) 581-4988.
Agendas will be posted at least four (4) days prior to the meeting at the community clubhouse.
