Architectural Review

Homeowners must submit a “Application for Architectural Home Improvements” application form for all proposed modifications, alterations or additions to any portion of the property. The Finisterra Condominium Association, Inc. Architectural Committee meets monthly and has thirty (30) days to review all submissions. The Application for Architectural Home Improvements and several architectural exhibits are available for viewing and downloading from this website. The Application and exhibits may be found under the “Association Documents” listed in the “Main Menu”.
